SUMMARY OF APPLICATION CONDITIONS
a) The services will be contracted on a full car basis, and the routes will be understood as a closed circuit up to the starting point for the shortest route, if the contrary is not expressly agreed.
b) In any case, the user will be entitled to free transport of their luggage under the conditions established in the Order of the Ministry of Public Works and Housing of July 20, 2011.
c) Vehicle drivers must have enough fractional currency to provide change to the user up to the amount of 20 euros.
d) The expressed perceptions have a maximum character and may be decreased by mutual agreement, except that corresponding to the minimum perception, the amount of which will be mandatory.
e) Irregularities or infractions observed by users must be brought to the attention of the Land Transport Inspection Services, and may be reflected in the complaints book existing in the vehicle.
